Client Responsibilities

To allow us to deliver services properly, clients must provide accurate information, clear instructions, timely feedback, and any required access to tools, platforms, documents, or systems. Clients are responsible for ensuring that any information shared with My VA Buddy is correct, lawful, and does not violate the rights of any third party. Clients must also ensure that they have permission to share login details, business data, guest information, property details, or any other confidential material required for service delivery.

Payments and Pricing

All service pricing will be clearly communicated before work begins. Payments must be made according to the agreed package, invoice, or service plan. My VA Buddy may require upfront payment, monthly payment, or another agreed payment schedule depending on the nature of the service. Failure to make payment on time may result in delay, suspension, or cancellation of services. Prices may be updated from time to time, but any changes to existing client plans will be communicated in advance.

Cancellations and Refunds

Clients may cancel services according to the cancellation terms agreed at the time of purchase or onboarding. Any refund eligibility will depend on the service type, work already completed, time spent, and the terms of the selected package. Because virtual assistant services involve time, planning, staffing, and operational work, completed work or used service hours are generally non-refundable. Any business information, guest details, login credentials, documents, processes, or private data shared with us will be handled with care and used only for the purpose of providing agreed services. Service Limitations

While we aim to provide reliable and high-quality support, we cannot guarantee that every result will be error-free, uninterrupted, or suitable for every specific business outcome. My VA Buddy is not responsible for losses caused by incomplete instructions, third-party platform issues, delayed client responses, system outages, or factors outside our control. We do our best to support clients professionally, but final business decisions, approvals, compliance responsibilities, and operational control remain with the client.

Our services may involve third-party tools such as booking platforms, email services, analytics tools, payment processors, CRM systems, social media platforms, or communication software. These platforms are controlled by third parties and may have their own terms, privacy policies, fees, limitations, or technical issues.
